Display Resolution and Refresh Rate

Hi!!!

We are tryng to change Display Resolution and Refresh Rate from 1280x1024@85Hz to 800x600@75Hz (devices --> graphics display, etc.), but we can?t do it because only have the option "default". Do you know what is missing? What package is needed to do it?
