Hi,

On XI r1, I came across an installation (that I was not responsible for) where upon login, the infoviewer would - rather than display the report details in the right hand screen - would display the output of the last run file.

I'm on XI r2 now, and I have a folder with just one report in it. It's a monthly report, so rather than have everyone run it, or view last instance, I would like them to just open the folder, and see the report output straight away without triggering anything.

Do you have any idea how this was achieved?

Thank you!

Oh, the admins I mentioned before who did manage to get this working on XI r1 didn't have any asp or java skills between them.

Hm...seems you can do this in My Infoview by setting a dashboard, which is how it must have been achieved.

I thought you might be able to do this at a public folder level.
