Display records with identical field data

Using Crystal Enterprise 10.
I am trying to write a report which will only display cases that have the identical statute_code.

For example:
Case1 Statute_code1 - 28-701A
Statute_code2 - 28-7111
Statute_code3 - 28-701A

Case2 Statute_code1 - 28-745

Case3 Statute_code1 - 28-732
Statute_code3 - 13-311A

The only Case that should appear Case 1 - with Charge 1 and Charge 3 that are identical.

Group on Statute code
suppress rows where case <> group1

If you want just a list, rather than a report , Hide the group names but show the Statute code on the detail line so :
Statute Code 28-701A case1
Statute Code 28-701A case3

This works if each record has both a statute code and a case ref, so you might need to create a formula field for each of the 2 required fields if they are concatenated in the source data
