Display "Message for you" - No msg in Mbox! 3

The system is MICS with NAM. There is this Mailbox that shows "Message for you" but when mailbox is opened there are no messages inside. There is no external Voice Mail on any lines on the system and the extension associated with this Mailbox does not have any external lines assigned to it. I tryed DELETING the Mailbox and ADDING it back again and stil shows the same thing. HELP!

Press Feat#65. That should clear it. You have an internal message sent by someone using Feat 1.

I Useually see this happen with either extensions 23 or 234 when you get someone playing and they dial feature 1 2 3 4.

You may want to just do a feature 6 5 and see what station set the message, file it for future reference in case the same thing happens again later you can talk to them about it.
