Display "Message for you" for General Delivery mailbox 2

For personal voice mail, we can get "message for you" displayed on the Meridian phone. However, for the General Delivery mailbox, which the operator (at extension 221 phone), when there is a "General Delivery" message waiting, it does NOT display this message.

How do I get it to display that message?

you must make the general delivery mailbox ext 221 to get a "message for you" to display in the lcd.You may have to elminate the mailbox at ext 221 and give them the general mail box only.

The general delivery mailbox is "100" which under normal times would be assigned to ext 221. if you have three digit extension. You will need to go into voicemail admin and check to make sure that message waiting is set to yes under the mailbox property's. and also mailbox 100 is assigned to to ext 221. If you need help on changing these items let us know.
