Display queue on call center with Altigen Systems 1

Hello,

I currently use the Altigen Systems in mi call center, but I never had experience with it before. What I want to do is display the Queue on the call center, what do I need.

I have previous experience with NORTEL, and we used web based Symposium, with would let you make a stand alone queue display on the monitor, and Inova Lightlink witch displayed the queue on a LED display, but with Altigen I'm on the blank... any help will be greatly appreciated.

There is a manufacturer of a wallboard and the software needed to run it -- it's wall-mounted LED board that displays queue length, time, and other metrics... I've got some documents around here somewhere; I look for them and report back to you.

Remember, of course, that all agents have the ability to monitor the queue through AltiAgent, Supervisors as well.... This is just something extra.
