Display Problems with Exceed v11

Hope someone can help me with this!

We access NetBackup Data Centre's GUI by a Remote desktop session from our desktop into one server and then use PuTTY and Exceed on that server to launch an X windows session to the UNIX server, from where we launch the GUI.

We used to use Exceed v8, and everything worked fine. We upgraded to v11 over the weekend, and when you try to launch the GUI, it displays with some very odd colours! Icons within NetBackup don't display clearly and colours are altered, making it very difficult to use.

The version of Exceed is the only thing that has changed.

I can't see anything in the exceed.log file to indicate a problem.

The workstations are running Windows XP SP2, the server that we remote desktop into is running Windows 2000 server SP4.

Anyone got any bright ideas?
