i Have a Hp pavilion 522a computer with intel celeron 1.7GHZ 256 mb memory 40gb harddisk. when i start the computer it display every thing for short period of time but screen goes blank after that. this happen even if you are in the bios. i changed the power supply and use another VGA card.but still same problem.


any help
 
Check inside the bios ensure that its set to use what video card your using, example if your using pci set it to pci, if agp set it to agp and the size your using. Also ensure if your using another video card and your board has onboard video that you have it disabled in the bios. Let us know if you have done any of this
