Can anyone tell me how you can get PICKUP to display on the screen of the 2030/2050 handsets as you can with the Index. i can set this up on the dss keys but we have some customers that have Index systems and IPoffice systems and they want it todo it the same as the Index. I can get it todo it but only if you ring the group number Int but not from an external call.

You can programm Pickup on the 2030'2 exactly the same as you would on an index
Unfortunatly Group Pickup on an IPO is exactly that, it will only give the option to pickup calls that are placed to the group, unlike an index if an ext is rung directly you will not get the pickup option.
