Want to do something similar to iframe except I want to include a page and strip headers and footers or just grab the contents between the form tags. Anyone know how to go about doing this?

If the page is out of your domain, javascript security won't allow you to do that.

If it isn't, maybe the innerHTML property is your choice.

Yeah server side would be best but I dont have control over the organzation/server that I want to take the form from. IFrame will work but then I have to deal with a header and footer that I dont want to display either.

Server side scripting would be used with the page you're plugging the form INTO, not the one you're getting it off of.

Well I have no access to server side code period. So I have seen example of removing content using javascript with DOM. Was curious if anyone has experience in this in reference to iframe
