Hi,
I'm very new to the crystal reports.
I've a report where i need to display page numbers in the footer.
If i use Page Nof M .it's giving me the current page of total page numbers.

Whata i want is:
I've 'department' and 'employee'...grouped by 'Department'

if there are 3 pages for dept1 it should display for all that dept1 like
1 of 3
2 of 3
3 of3 instead of
1 of 20(which is total page numbers alltogeather for all the depts).

I hope i explained it correct.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Thanx
CoolG

You left out a vital piece of info - your crystal version.

Thank you Dave,
The version i'm using is 8.5

Thank you,

Go to the section expert->group footer (dept)->check "reset page number after". The page N of M will then be based on the group page count.
