Hi there,
I have got an Acer Display 17". The prob is: It cant do several resolutions and/or frequencies.
But: It automatically resets itself to a specific frequency sometimes - then the display shows "out of frequency". When this happens, i have to unplug the power of my comp and make it restart on a bad way. Well: Would there be a possibility to set an application onto a keyboard button, which can rerset resolution and frequency to a specific one?
Sorry for my bad english and thanks for all the help!
Greetings, Lucas

Just some more information first:

What is your Operating System?

What is your video card?

Cheers

Have you looked at their website to see if they have a driver for this monitor? Driver is a big word. It would just update the list of allowable sync frequencies for your monitor. But still, it would do the job.

What happens when you boot into "safe" mode? Can you borrow another video card and put it in your system?
