Greeting,
I have a subform of a main form, that records "bloodPressure" of a patient, the subform, has 2 feilds, "Date" and "BloodPressure" ,,

Now when i print a report, i have only one field for the "bloodPressure" where i want to show only the last record, i don't want to show all the previous record,

how would i tell the report to print only the last entry ?

Thanks

You have already posted this question in the Forms forum. Do NOT repost the same question in multiple forums; it simply causes confusion for all concerned, and in general does not increase your chances of having the post answered quicker. Generally speaking, those answering threads tend to surf around different associated forums anyway.

Having said that, the nature of this duplicate post is more suited to the Reports forum than the Forms forum, so I can understand how this happened.

that is true steve, i posted this in the wrong forum first, then i posted here, after i realized that this is more appropirate,

Did you get an answer in your other thread? Your subform must also contain a patient id or similar in its record source. If you provide the table name and field names of the patient blood pressure table then someone can provide you with a query that will return only the most recent blood pressure record.
