I have a report which is displaying each field around thirty times. I need it to display each field only once. I tried to find the other fields within the table that are causing it to repeat but it takes much to long to search for. Is there anyway to write a selection formula that only allows one instance of a certain name in a field?
Thanks, Jaosn

You can use the Suppress Dupicates to omit repitition.

You're probably better served to use a Distinct or write the Record Selection criteria (which is passed through to the database as SQL) so that you only return one of each, please post specifics:

Database
Version of CR
Current Record Selection Criteria
SQL

Post your record selection formula as it stands now. Also you may have a many to many join on the tables in your database causing the problem. Jim Broadbent
