I am trying to create a formula/setup that only lists positions that are being shared (only 2 right now out of 2000), however this will change and I want to be able to run a report that checks for shared position numbers.

I set up the report thus far to group by pos number and display name below (along with other demographics).

I know you experts will handle this in about 5 minutes...

In your group footer, place a summary count by group, then in your GROUP selection formula (not record selection formula) place the following:

Count({FieldName},{GroupByName})>1

This will display only groups with at least 2 records. Is this what you want?

Insert a count function counting keys which are shared. Place the count total in the group footer. Conditionally suppress the group footer section where count value < 2.

This only suppresses the group footer. You won't be able to use this technique if you want to suppress the detail and group header section based on the count value being less than 2.

Yes, and you hit the predicted time window.
