Hi,
We have Merak mail Server 7.6.4.
We tried to delete a user using the Merak Mail Server Administrator but it seems to have all gone wrong. We have done this before with no issues whatsoever.
The following is what we did:
1) Opened up Merak Mail Server Administrator
2) Clicked on Accounts in the left hand pane
3) Expanded Our domain
4) Expanded "Users"
5) Found the user and deleted it. When the screen was refreshed, the display pane that lists our domains and users is now totally blank.
I am "pretty" sure that the server is working as I checked Server Monitor. However, I cannot get the Accounts display pane to display anything.
We have restarted the services and also rebooted the server to no avail.
Can anyone please help ?
