Display on 4412D sets is upside down

Has anyone ever seen this? I have a customer that has mostly 4412D+ sets installed. The system has been in since about May of 04. They have one set now that the display is upside down and backwards. Ever seen it before?

Take the phone apart, and reinstall with the LCD display the correct way around....

Oh wait - you mean it was working fine on this phone before?? Try deleting the user and re-creating.

Does the upside down lettering survive a reboot?

One of my retail stores just described this same problem to me today. IP Small Office, 2.1.24. The phone has been installed and working for some time. They heard the phone make a beeping noise, then observed that the display was upside down. Only this phone on the system.

She unplugged the phone, plugged it back in and now it's back to normal. I got to run this run by my vendor....

Oh, my phones are 4406D+, not 4412D+.

Shouldn't make a difference, try rebooting the phone anyway - if that fails try rebooting the IPO.
