I am looking after a 30 seat call centre on an M1 with SCCS. The majority of the agents have 2216 phones. I amgetting complaints that some of the phones do not display Not Read / Logged out in the Display whilst others do. I have checked the setup of the TNs and they are identical. I checked the line cards but the problem can even occur to phones on the same card.
