Hello!

Have one question. I would like to display one field (I have about 500 rows in a table) but the way I would like to do this is once it hits the bottom of the page it keeps runnig beside the field until it has maybe 10 columns. Like a wrap. Don't have a clue how to do this.
Eg.

aa1 aa8 a15 ............a100
aa2 aa9 a16 ............a101
aa3 a10 a17 ............ .
. . .
. ... .
. . .
. .
(end of the page) now it goes to a next page.

Any help is appriciated.
Thanks

Format your Detail section to have Multiple Columns.

Format, Section.
Highlight Detail Section.
Select the last option on the bottom right, "Format with Multiple Columns".
This creates a new tab called Layout; choose this.
Set the width of each column. If you need 10, divide total page width by 10, and put the answer there.
Change the printing direction to Down, then Across.
Click OK.
You will probably need to make some adjustments, so just follow the same steps.
