display of image in crystal report 7.0

A image file could be stored in BLOB Field sql server 2000 from VB and retrieved from same without any problem.The same can be displayed in the crystal report7.0 ,if the Operting system is windows2000 server.But the image is not displayed in the crystal report 7.0 if the Operating system is (windows98 and sqlserver 7.0)/(windows 2000 server and sqlserver 7.0)

Have you checked to see if that is a limitation of 98 - not being able to handle a BLOB.
