Display number is mobile number

I have NEAX2000 IPS devices. Currently we configure them through the phone.
ex:
1.recall→conf→*
2.recall→conf→#
3. function key 16
4. Enter the extension number to modify

We are currently encountering a problem. After we add a new extension, when we use the extension to call MVPN, the representative number is displayed instead of the extension number. What settings should I check?
