Display null values with multiple field and count

Hi everyone,

I thought i posted this question before, but my computer crashed soon after. So my apologies if i have.

My question really is....I know how to show null values by using the criteria is "is Null". My problem is i have several fields in the database (about 15) where i would like to put the criteria. I want to check each individual field that is null and do total count?
