Hi there,
We currently use Exchange 5.5.
All of our users with Exchange accounts are setup with a first name, surname, display name and alias.
When they email to one another within the Exchange 5.5 system their display name is shown as their From address when the recipient opens the email.
However, when a user emails to a recipient not within our Exchange 5.5 system, the user's From address is just their email addres - no display name is included.
e.g. The From address is shown on the recipients email as: j.g.bloggs@test.com not John Blogss <j.g.bloggs@test.com> as I would have expected.
Is there a way I can configure all emails to be sent out with the full display name and email address?
Thanks,
Adrian.
