Display name on outgoing calls

I would like to display our company's name only when a call is placed outside the company. I currently have 32 copper analog trunks for local and 3 PRIs for long distance. What do I need to change in the Nortel 1000M-SG phone system if anything? Is this a change the local LEC would handle in their system? Below is a printout of my CLID.
