Hello,

I've a MXe with an ASU II on release 8.0.7_16.2.

I cannot display name or number on ONS phone.
I've changed parameters in the class of service, display name ONS internal to YES, display number ONS internal to YES, ONS CLASS/CLIP set to YES....

And no result, my phone continue to display "external call".

I've tried on a AVAYA PBX and no problem, my phone display the number and the name of the extensions.

Someone have ideas???

Thanks

Did you upgrade firmware on the ASu when you went to *.0 on the MXe?

Hello Nytalkin,

thanks for your response and no i didn't.

How you do that?
Have you an URL or a file with explanations?

OOPS....I misread your post, sorry. Now that I have looked at it again, have you reset the MXe since adding the CLASS/CLIP parameter? You might be able to get away with just restarting the ASU.

Hello,

yes I have already restart the ASU...

I don't understand????

Do the Digital / IP phones display CLID?

What trunk type?

Hello and thanks,

I haven't try with trunk yet.

I've tried between two phones, analog and ip phones, and no name or extensions are displayed.

I programmed the MXe in my office before going to the customer.
