Currently we have multiple programs (clients) all terminating into a single skill. Is there any way to have the program name displayed on the agent's phone in this scenario.
I know if we have each program (client) set up on their own skill that would work but doing so is not practical in this call center as there are approximately 70 different programs sending calls to the BCM.
