Display Name of Progam on Agent Phone

Currently we have multiple programs (clients) all terminating into a single skill. Is there any way to have the program name displayed on the agent's phone in this scenario.

I know if we have each program (client) set up on their own skill that would work but doing so is not practical in this call center as there are approximately 70 different programs sending calls to the BCM.

You could try renaming the target line and setting the telco information to name. That way the name of the target line will appear rather than the incoming CLI of the call. I know this will work on a direct incoming call to an extension. I am not sure about a call center because the system might have answered the call already depending on how the skill set is setup.
