I have a Word 2003 document created by someone else that has a Table of Contents. There are 3 levels to the TOC, but only the first level appears in the actual TOC. How do I expand that to show the second level?

Thanks for the help!

Was the TOC created manually or by Word 2003?

If the TOC was created by Word, then go to
Insert -> Reference -> Index and Tables -> Table of Contents. Check the show level to verify how many levels the TOC is selected to display.
