I thought it would be easy...so much for thinking!

I need to display the local time (MST/MDT) on a local website.
I don't want to display the server time (EST) and I don't want to display the visitors time from his computer's clock.

What I need to display is, "The time in Las Cruces is 9:25AM"

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
