I am trying to find out if there is a way for a user to post a message (almost like a virtual yellow sticky) when they lock their screens in Win2k Pro. The reasoning is that some of our developers are running programs and lock their screens, and we don't want to mess up their work by damewaring into their machines and logging them out.
