Display long text in cell and allow editing

I receive data as an Excel spreadsheet that includes a 'Comments' column containing long texts.

For each row I'd like to be able to click on the comment and display it in a more useful way, then be able to edit it as necessary, save it and move down to the comment on the next row.

In the FORMULA BAR: this can be expanded. Look at the RIGHT-HAND end of the Formula Bar and DRAG it down. Can give you lots of real estate to work in to EDIT.

Ok, thanks, have used this before but wondered if there was an alternative.
 
Well if the column width and row height is ample, you can edit in the cell, assuming that text wrap is on.
