Display LED's all blinking at same time on BCM 400 1

I have a BCM 400 that all of a sudden caused all my IP phones to report Server Unreachable. I am in a mixed enviorment running IP and regular M7310 hand sets. All the older M7310 are working just fine, however all IP phones are not working. On the front panel of the BCM the row of LED's on the left side are all blinking at the same time. What does this mean?

Pop open the Base function Tray and look at the Caps to see if they are Green or Blue, if there green look to see if you can see any Bulging of the Caps or a gray past coming out of them, you will need to replace the BFT. in the mean time you will need to do a power reboot.

Thanks for the response they were green and we have rebooted the system. The IP phones are still down, which we discovered that the capators are bad and we are getting a new board to replace on the systme.

Sometimes you can try rebooting a few times and it will start working for awhile before it craps out again.
