Hi

I have multiple records that I am displaying in a report, there could be 100 records but I only want to display the last 6.

Thanks,

Lisa

Group the records. Add a running total, this will go from 1 to 100.

Right-click on the section and choose Format Section. Then choose the formula icon (x+2 and a pencil) for suppression. Add a test, e.g.
Code:
@your.count < 95
That assumes it is always 100. If the number is variable, also create a summary count, find the different and suppress if it is more than 6.

If you're not already familiar with Crystal's automated totals, see FAQ767-6524.

Sorry, you want 5. Test < 96 etc.
