display issue

I have an 8410 phone that has line appearances for two other phones (exec. admin asst.)

When dialing either of the exec. exts. Her phone displays DID (exec name) but only for 3 seconds. then just shows an active line and a blank screen.

How do I extend the display time to cover the three rings at her ext. before it moves to vm?

It should stay on the display for the entire duration of the ringing. It sounds like her soft-key menu is active. Press the exit button on the 8410D display and retest.
