I have a question regarding the dimension display.
In the report I'm having a problem, it is only filtered by time dimension, customer and sales dimension. Time and Sales dimension are displayed in row and customer dimension is displayed in column.
In this view, if I add product dimension along with customer and select 'all base member' then it will go to the bottom level of products; however they are not displayed all. Some of values are missing.
The weird thing is if I move customer dimension to slice or if I move sales dimension to column (along with customer and product dimension) then all product details are displayed properly. Not only this customer dimension, but also all other dimensions. And if I move all the dimension to rows except product then product details are displayed without any missing value.
Is it a Crystal Enterprise bug or did i miss something when designing cubes?
I'm pretty new in this area,so I'm not clear whether I miss something else regarding this issue.
Any kinds of advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
FYI, I'm using MSAS 2000 Cubes.
