I suspect I know the answer - "Avaya only want init / craft /easg logins to use it" but I have nearly completed an upgrade to Version 7.1.3 and I use the command (from dadmin)

Code:
display internal-data xxx

quite a lot. Since the upgrade I can no longer do so. Am I missing anything?

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

make sure dadmin is a privileged administrator. or, create an account as BP craft and try. it's disp internal uid or ext to go back and forth from hex to extn and back. I've used it on 7.1

dadmin must be prof2 and use a Pin: to access CM

In Linux, try "id dadmin"
If dadmin "autosat" does not ask for Pin: before letting you in CM SAT, it's not going to work for "display internal"
Command: status login (should also show prof2)

Sorry for the long time before a reply.

The dadmin account had mutated into a prof18 account during the upgrade (I assume - it worked before and not after)

Deleted the prof18 account an added a BP dadmin account (and interestingly enough still retained the PIN)

all good now and * awarded
