display image in a different row

is it possible to create a table with two rows where the top row contains all the thumbnails and when clicked the images are displayed in the second row ? with or without the use of javascript. If so, is there a place where i can look it up?

You would have to use JavaScript for this, unless you wanted to get into the realms of frames / iframes (and targetting links). If you choose the JavaScript route, I'd ask in the JavaScript forum (forum216).
