Hi,
I have a report that shows how many calls were turned around within 24 hours, and how many calls were turned around more than 24 hours. This information is then shown on a graph.

I have 2 questions:
1. Is there a way to manipulate the graph so that it breaks it out by month?
2. If a call is turned around more than 24 hours, can I show just those calls as opposed to every call I'm pulling into the report?

Thanks,
Michael

1) Place the date field in the graph, and select it in the On Change Of, select it and select Order and change the Chart Values Shown For Each Month

2) You want the graph to show more and less than 24 hours, but the report not to show less than 24 hours? Either create a subreport to contain the graph and pull in all data (as opposed to the main report), or use suppression in the main report to limit that data to only > 24 HOURS.

I created a subreport to contain just < 24 hours.

Thanks for your help, K!
