We have a customer with multiple sites. They are all upgraded to R11 but still using their old 5410 telephones at multiple locations. They only upgrade as the phones fail.
We did some changes to their call handling due to staff shortage. They are using a full AA and route calls based on the callers need. Some of the calls go to the same phone, but with different groups so they can do a priority answer with certain groups. Works great on the 95xx and 96xx phones, but on the 5410 phones it only displays (external) and then the caller ID. I need to to display the group name if possible? dont even need the caller ID. If not possible, suggestions on how to distinguish different groups on the same phone? Not sure different ring tones is going to work either since they seem to be close.
