I don't have 123 here at work. However, I seem to recall... If you format the entire sheet as TEXT, 123 will display the formulas. You might also have to adjust the width of the columns to display the entire formulas.
Save the file first, BEFORE you format as TEXT and change the column widths. Then you only have to open the file to revert back to your normal formatting.
Similar to what Dale said, click the Sheet menu and then Sheet Properties, set the format to Text and then choose Formula for current format.
While this next method doesn't show on screen, when printed it gives pages with just the formulas as well as the what is in the Preview Pane. Select the range and then click the Print Preview icon or Print, Print Preview. Select the Include tab and then select Formulas and do a Quick Print. I like this method as the formulas fully print.
Of course in the print preview dialog you can change the view of it's properties to the sheet if desired and choose either or both methods above. When setting the formulas to print in the latter method, I like to set the grid lines and sheet's row column views to show from the Include tab options.
