We have a report where users would like to SEE all groups listed regardless of if there are details records within the group. I have not been able to find a solution to display a group 'title' if there are not records in the group. Would anyone have suggestions? Thanks for any advice! Jill

In the example below the "Planned" status has NO records but we would like to display anyway:

Machine 1

Job Status = Frozen
Job 1 Op 2 03/28/17

Job Status = Planned

Job Status = Available
Job 2 Op 2 04/28/17

Also join a Job Status table in a Outer Join.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried this - but haven't had any luck.

How about posting your SQL.

You need to group on one of the fields frmm the Status table. This should be on left and and all your other tables should be connected with a left outer join from the status table.

...and list the Status field from THAT table in your Select clause, NOT the Status field from your original table.
