Display editing for crystal report in VS

I am just wondering how you would go about editing how the crystal report is displayed into the viewer.
Mainly how do i make the report viewer left justified instead of it centered? When i print half the page is taken off.
Also in my report one of my tables may not have any data at a particular iteration how can i hide this when there isn't data?
I'm using visual studios 2003, this is a report displayed in a web application using vb.net/asp.net
