I'm stumped.
I have an Option 11 running symposium.
I have an I2004 phone on my desk. When dialing outside the building, my did (###) XXX-9475 is displayed.

My personal number did not always display. I either read something here in Tek-Tips on in one of my newsletters that said you can control this display.

Well I changed it, it does work now I need to duplicate this on other phones.

I can't remember how, and neither Nortel Tech support nor my technician thinks that it can be done. Said that its controlled by the local provider. I agree (somewhat), but I'm living proof that it can be done.

Any suggestions.

look at key 0 it will have a number beside it, that is the CLID entry you are using. prt CLID in ld 21 to see them all.

Assign the same entry you have on the sets you want like yours.

key 0 scr XXXX 2 (or whatever the enrty # is)

If you don't want that the see your personal number, but only your company main number than you can also use the prompt CLBA in your CLS of the phoneset.
