Is there a way to display database fields in report footer.
I tried doing it and it displays only one row.

Can anyone suggest how to display more than one row of record set in report footer. I'm using crystal reports version 10

Thanks

The report footer displays at the end of the report, hence you get the last row.

Rather than trying to describe what section you want to use, try posting what you need to accomplish... More than one row isn't very descriptive.

Try posting technical info:

Database/connectivity
Example data
Expected output

Place your fields in the details and they'll all display, then you can suppress the report footer if that's the need.

I also gently suggest getting some training with Crystal.

If you only want to display instances of one field, one quick way to do this is to insert a crosstab using the field as a row and add a summary field. You can then use the customize style tab->format grid lines->uncheck show grid lines, and then in preview, suppress the labels and summary.

If you want entire detail lines in the report footer, you need to insert a subreport.
