I have a table that displays data in the following format - (same field/multiple records):

ANIMAL TYPE:
DOG
CAT
HORSE
RABBIT
LION
TIGER

I need to display the names of the animals in a single field of a data entry form in the following manner:

ANIMAL TYPE: DOG, CAT, HORSE, RABBIT, LION, TIGER

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can combine data from multiple records of a table into a single field on a form?

Thanks,
EJ

Thanks PHV! That is exactly what I needed. I have to remember to check the FAQs before I submit my posts.
