Display data for 1 record in a form based on query 1

I have a form for tblEmployees that currently displays all employees and their data in it. I would like to be able to query for only one of those employees at a time and have the results display on the form.

Any helpful hints would be appreciated.

create a query that prompts you for to enter the criteria, then open the forms properties, select the data tab, and then in record source select the query. now every time the form is opened it prompts you for information.
