display crystal reports grouped data horizontally

How can I change my grouped data display from vertical to horizontal? Example:
group 1 is the abbreviation and in that group is the name and value of that field. I'd like to display the names and values horizontally. This replaces an excel spreadsheet so I'd like the formatting to be similar. I appreciate any advice that you have.

Take a look at Crosstabs. You should find them under 'Insert'.

It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options. In this case, it probably makes no difference.
