Hi,
I have a 2 forms that share the same table. In my main form there are two check boxes(yes/no) that are recorded into the shared table, I would like my second form to show the (yes only checked box) data that was recorded from my main form. My second form will only be used as a read only form.
However my second form seems to show all records the yes's and no's, but I would like the second form to display yes checked records. is this possible ? ((((((The second form is NOT a subform)))))

Thank you for your help

Not clear when you mean two forms share the same table. Each form is really independent and may have several of the same tables. You can make the data source of the 'second' table be only the yes values by making it's 'query' have a yes criteria. Show the table design if you do not understand how to do this or emial me ...
