( first sorry for my English it's not my first language.

We have a BCM 400 + PRi system for one of ours client, they have one mains office and 7 others location in 7 city. All the call for the company are manage by the main office. The problem they have is when a branch call a customer, the phone number display is the one from the main office.
Is it possible to force the display of the phone number from the branch instead of the one from the main office ?

Is the OLI for the set making the call inserted. Are you using MCDN.

I do not know since we only profide the network to implement the Ip phone system, but the company who install it told us that it can't be done.
I find it rhard to belive....

What system do then have at the branch office ? are they IP phones ? and do they have their own lines ?

If its not broke tweak it..

We need to know the routing? To dial out from a branch office you would use a public route and you need MCDN.
