Display both Namer and Number

Activated CID for all sets. Only the recp. at 10 will show both the name and number when the call is ringing in. The other sets will show only the first line and the second line shows the time and date.

Any way to get the rest of the sets to show both name and number when then calls is ringing or after answering the call?

what release is the partner ACS and what type of phones are on the other etensions?

Euro I series and I am not sure how to check for the release.

press Feature 59 on any display phone and it will show something like P ACS R7.0.91H that would then be a Partner ACS R7.0
Simultaneous name and number is only available (I think) as of the latest R6 and actually started with the R7.
DO the other phones show only one line when the call rings on them or when the call is transferred to them. If your call is ringing you can press the green flashing line button to see more info.

Ext. 10 shows the name and number on a ringing call. I will check the Rls number this weekend.

Also check if the other phones are really ringing or jsut get a transferred call and then ring. But they should still show both then if the display is big enough that is.

They have P ACS R5.0 C01 SW version.

The thing is that if one phone displays it then all the other ones are capable of it if the phone type supports it, so the Partner 6D might not have the display size do display both, but you could program a button on the phone with Feature 16 on it to toggle between name and number to see if the information is actually there.
Name and number was I think introduced with R4 so nothing breathtakingly new. Try the button and see if the info is really there.

Recp. ext 10 will display both name and number they have a 34d. The rest are 18D and once the call is transferred it only show the name.

Does that also happen when the phones are ringing on the line or just for transferred calls.
I am not sure any more how the functionality of this is because I have not touched a Partner for about 2 years but has it ever worked so that you have seen both, name AND number?

When calls are ringing in for the first time on the recp. set they show name and number. Whne they are transferred to the ext. they only show name.

Look like an upgrade is in order
