The time did not update on one individual's phone this past weekend. I instructed him to unplug the phone, wait about 10 minutes and then plug the phone back in. (This has worked for a number of individuals.) Since Monday, though, the display has not come back on this individual's phone - no time or date display. The caller ID is working for incoming calls, though.
I was just curious if anyone else has seen this problem and if so, have you found a solution?
